In a two-day private collaboration with Jacob & Co. in 2025, Chef Alain Pham designed and executed a bespoke dining experience that reflected the spirit of precision, elegance, and artistic fusion.
Crafted exclusively for a refined gathering, each course was curated to resonate with the visual and emotional tone of the event – delicate yet bold, structured yet expressive. The culinary direction served as a subtle extension of the maison’s philosophy, translating mechanical beauty into edible form.
This collaboration marked an opportunity to explore the intersection of haute horology and contemporary cuisine – a dialogue of detail, intuition, and shared creative language.
