Aiii x GIA STUDIOS event brought together food, scent, sound and visual elements in a carefully curated atmosphere. The menu, developed by Head Chef Alain Pham and Pastry Chef Tram Anh, reinterpreted Vietnamese ingredients through the lens of French technique, offering a dining journey that was both grounded and exploratory.
