A night of Italian excellence at Aiii. We are proud to be the only restaurant in Saigon chosen to host the 2025 Wine Dinner with Alois Lageder – a pioneer of Alto Adige winemaking.
It was an evening where every sense was awakened. Chef Alain Pham’s curated set menu found its perfect match in the biodynamic wines of Alois Lageder, bringing the authentic ‘terroir’ of Northern Italy to the heart of Saigon.
